Q. Can I stop my contacts from unsubscribing?
A. Unfortunately not! This is a legality which you must adhere to. If you don’t give them the option to unsubscribe then your email is classed as SPAM…and that’s bad!
Q. What is SPAM?
A. Also known as Junk-mail is an unsolicited email. Spammers usually collect e-mail addresses from chatrooms, websites, customer lists, newsgroups, and viruses which harvest users' address books, and are sold to other spammers. Much of spam is sent to invalid e-mail addresses. That is why you must give the subscriber to unsubscribe form your future campaigns.
Q. What happens if someone has unsubscribed and I accidently import there email address again?
A. Don’t worry, the Smartsend system is very clever. It remembers all unsubscribers so it will never email them again unless they sign up themselves.
Q. What happens if I import the same email address more than once?
