We have developed our own email marketing system called SmartSend.  Smartsend is a powerful email list management system and marketing tool. The system sits alongside your site and will be used to generate and send bulk, branded, e-mail messages in a legal and professional manner. Viewers will be able to add their details to the list without you being involved; your website will carry an invitation allowing visitors to sign up. When the viewer adds their name to the list, the information is automatically stored on the Smartsend database.  As well as this you have the ability to add your own list of contacts by either entering them manually or uploading a CSV file.

You will have complete control of the database and use it to send messages to the subscribers. The branded message will also have the facility for the user to automatically remove their details right there and then in real-time, thus data collating is fully automated. It provides all the essential tools for building mailing lists, creation of messages, and message delivery, all in a non spamming environment.

The best bit is you get to track your newsletters.  You can see how many have been read, how many have unsubscribed and even how many times the links have been clicked on.  For example if you are advertising products then you can see which is the most popular.

The newsletter itself is built by us.  We create a template around your branding.  You will then have the ability to add news items including images, links, titles and content.  And you don’t need to know any coding to be able to edit it! 

The System costs £500+vat with no extra cost per email or per contact.  There is a hosting charge of £50+vat per year, first year free.
